Cancellation Policy

48 hours notice is required for cancellations. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to illness we are happy to reschedule your appointment.

Any missed appointments without prior notification will be charged as though attended.

Refund Policy

At the time of telephone assessment, you will be asked if you would like to proceed with booking an injection and pay a £40 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

If at the time of injection it is deemed no longer appropriate to inject no additional cost is incurred.

Consent to treatment

We will help you to understand the injection procedure. We will discuss all options available to enable you to make an informed choice. We will always ensure you are happy to proceed prior to the injection process.

Complaints Procedure

Client safety and satisfaction with our service is paramount. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service please email or telephone us in the first instance. We will endeavour to investigate and give a full response within 10 working days.

If our response is not deemed to be satisfactory we will refer to an independent practitioner for their review.

The Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) is the professional regulatory body of concerns regarding professional conduct. If your concern has not been adequately addressed with the above process email: feedback@hcpc-uk.org
